CAN I PURCHASE A MOTORCYCLE ONLINE
There’s a lot that goes into purchasing a motorcycle, lots of decisions to be made and conversations that we like to have with our customers before a purchase is made. We can take payment through various remote means though, and arrange delivery of a bike to anywhere in the UK. Feel free to get in touch if this is something you’re interested in!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All items in stock will be dispatched from ourselves within 24 hours of the order being placed during the working week. Most items are sent next day via DPD, you will receive a tracking number via email along with a dispatch notice once the order has left us. Most often you’ll receive your order within a day or two from when it was placed, however we can’t guarantee this due to potential shipping issues.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Collections are possible, but need to be arranged before the order is placed, due to the nature of our businesses, we are not necessarily at our HQ at all times. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you to the best of our abilities though!
DO YOU PROVIDE A BIKE PARTS/ACCESSORIES FITTING SERVICE?
Absolutely! Mechanical works are handled by our sister company, Desert Rose DirtTech, if you’d like a quote on fitting a product that we have listed, or have a bigger project in mind, feel free to drop us a message.
I’VE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be cancelled up to the point of dispatch, after this point it will be classed as a normal return and the customer will be responsible for any costs involved in returning the item to us.
DO YOU PROVIDE A BIKE PARTS/ACCESSORIES FITTING SERVICE?
Of course! All returns need to be returned to ourselves within 30 days, and the item as well as the packaging, needs to be in new, unused, re-sellable condition. If there is a mistake on our side and we’ve sent you the wrong size/colour/other specific of an item, then we’ll cover the return postage costs, but for any other reason it will be down to you to cover the costs in returning the item. In this instance, we advise using a tracked/insured delivery service and to retain your proof of postage in the event that you need to make a claim with the courier.
